Terms and Conditions Price includes a booking fee min. €200 and the balance must be paid prior to the date of your wedding/reception. *Booking fee’s are non refundable. Any requirement you may have such as photos, choice of music etc., must be clearly indicated in the relevant section on the booking form or e mail
**Photos, choice of music etc., must be submitted prior to the date of your wedding along with a completed and signed booking form. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS will notify you when your video is completed. (approx. 6-8 weeks from wedding date). USB's / DVD’s and submitted photos etc., must be collected within 30 days of notification.
The onus is on you to acquire permissions (if relevant), for ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS to video your wedding.
*Does not apply if cancellations are made in writing within 7 days of booking. **Editing is done on a “first come first served ” basis and photo’s etc. not submitted on time, can delay the completion of your video and may incur extra charges.

A full or partial refund may be made in the event of the said above. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS cannot be held responsible for the activities of guests, hotel staff, band/ DJ, celebrant or the general public etc., such as blocking view of camera, power failure, poor lighting and or sound in venue/hotel/church, guests not dancing etc., or in any way whatsoever. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies by you in the completion of the booking form in any way whatsoever. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS cannot be held responsible for any grievance of any persons in relation to the content of your video in any way whatsoever. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS cannot be held responsible for the safety of completed videos not collected within the specified time. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS cannot be held responsible for the safety of submitted items that are not collected within the specified time, ie. Photo’s etc.. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to protect their person and equipment in any way whatsoever. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to use the content of any footage they acquire at any time in the promotion of their business. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to withhold unedited footage and any master copies created in any way whatsoever. ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS reserves the right to hire a third party to film your wedding.
Original footage and it’s storage media and any master copies, remain the property of ABFAB VIDEO PRODUCTIONS. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the smooth running of your wedding.
